OUR PROCESS
Introduction Meeting
Once you’ve reached out to our team the first step in our process is for our project teams to sit down together so that we can fully understand the vision for your office renovation project including establishing a project timeline and addressing any questions or concerns.
Project Kickoff
Once the fundamental terms of the agreement have been established a date for the project kickoff will be set. During this part of the process project milestones and deadline dates will be established. Role responsibilities will be assigned to the Daniel Brown project team and a detailed project plan will be put in place to ensure the steady advancement of project objectives.
Design and Build
During the design phase of the project all aspects of the project layout will be established and approved by our client before building commences. During the building process our project teams will work safely but expeditiously while ensuring a minimum of disruption to your office environment and our project areas will be cleaned and secured at the end of each work day.
Quailty Assurance
Once our office renovation project has been completed our project team will double and triple check all of the work completed and remain available to our clients to address any post-project questions or concerns.
TEAM
Domenic Alessandria provides financial leadership and is instrumental in forming accounting strategies. He is accountable for aligning our visionary responsibilities as well as hands-on management expertise with our facilities management division. Domenic is also responsible for ensuring that all accounting allocations are appropriately made and documented according to your budgetary requirements.
Tony Alessandria oversees the general management of our properties. Tony is accountable to prepare documents to put out tenders for contractors; investigate the availability and suitability of options for new premises; calculate and compare costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money; plan for future development in line with strategic business objectives; ensure the building meets health and safety requirements and plan best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings, or re-organizing current premises.
Nick Alessandria is responsible for managing (plans, organizes, and controls) the work to ensure compliance to contract plans and specifications. Nick also provides supervision and technical direction relating to construction aspects; actively participating in project design meetings, review design plans and specifications for construct ability and conformance with standards and specifications.
